The tapestry of life, a woven thread,
Of joy and sorrow, softly spread.
No path is smooth, no heart is still,
We rise and fall, against our will.

The mountains high, the valleys low,
Reflect the struggles we all know.
A whispered tear, a joyful shout,
A human heart, both in and out.

Though circumstances may shift and change,
The core of feeling, it will range.
From darkest night to brightest dawn,
The heart’s embrace, forever drawn.

So let us weep, let laughter bloom,
In every moment, find our room.
For nothing smooth, throughout our days,
Is worth the suffering, the joy’s amaze.

Since I started painting 3 years ago, I like to paint what brings a smile to a face. Where the picture takes us to an unknown place, where you would feel relaxed. As an emerging artist, breaking into the art world is quite daunting.Having a supportive network of fellow creative minds is crucial. I must thank Centrepieces, for giving me that opportunity.
